Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth. -Buddha

This photograph has a monochromatic color scheme (a color scheme in which something uses a variety of a single color). This color scheme gives most people a soothing feeling, but it lacks vibrancy. Nothing seems to truly stand out. This picture is an exception. The moon's brightness keeps it from being hidden, though it is trying to "hide" behind the tree. Since the tree is the biggest object in the photograph someone may think that it is the focal point of the picture, but the moon being bright makes it (the moon) the main focus of the picture.
